Introduction: 

The Risk Manager is responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies to protect the organisation’s assets, minimize losses, and ensure compliance with legal and operational standards. This role involves leading audit and investigation teams, overseeing risk mitigation initiatives, and continuously improving risk management programs. The Risk Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance loss prevention, operational efficiency, and compliance across the retail environment.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Forensic Investigation, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in risk management, investigations, or loss prevention in a retail environment.
• Experience leading teams in audit, compliance, or forensic investigations.
• Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Risk Manager (CRM),
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) are advantageous.
