Job Purpose
Perform a clerical service to the Centre to the Service Centre to achieve the effective and efficient maintenance of the Service Centre functions
Education and Experience:
Grade 12, with one year administrative experience
Required Job Competencies
Execute general administration for the Service Centre as needed
Execute Service Centre inventory control and safekeeping practices
Execute activities to comply with relevant safety policies and procedures
Deal with internal and external customers in a customer centric manner
Effective self-management and teamwork
Ability to multi-skill across departments where and when required

Administrative experience
SAP systems competencies
Warehouse safety responsible care
Warehouse knowledge and experience
MS Excel, MS Word
In depth knowledge of JG Group policies, practices, processes and systems
