Introduction:

The Supplier Administrator plays a crucial role in managing relationships with our suppliers. This includes micromanaging suppliers on repairs and service delivery in line with service deliverables noted in the Trade Agreement ensuring a customer centric business. The Supplier Administrator will also be responsible for managing any issues that may arise with suppliers and maintaining a positive working relationship with them.

Responsibilities:

  1. Daily management of supplier service teams, ensuring that both internal customers and external customers are constantly updated with the status of repairs.
  • Logging repairs
  • Updates
  • Follow up of outstanding repairs
  1. Implement, maintain and control Supplier reports system.
  2. Daily/weekly and monthly status reports on supplier:
  • Volume
  • Average turn-around time
  • Trends

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12, tertiary qualification an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in supplier management or procurement
  • Applicable Business Policies & Supplier Procedures
  • Applicable Legislation (e.g. CPA)
  • Applicable Operating Platforms (e.g. Dolphin, Repair IT, Active Retail etc).
