Job Purpose:

Verify and validate credit agreements in compliance with legislation, internal credit policies, procedures, and ad -hoc management directives.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure adherence to legislative acts and internal company policies, practices, processes, and procedures in line with agreed SLA’s.

  • Assess credit applications accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain sustainable service excellence.
  • Exhibit effective self-management and teamwork.

Competency Requirements:

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in computer literacy.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Familiarity with SAP and other relevant systems and processes.
  • Understanding of relevant legislation (CPA, NCA, etc.).
  • Knowledge of credit granting principles.
  • Basic business acumen.
  • Credit product knowledge.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Pepkor Lifestyle  policies, practices, processes, and systems.
  • Understanding of the Pepkor Lifestyle Vision and Mission.
