Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team as a Digital Campaign Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing the effectiveness of our digital marketing campaigns and recommending strategies for optimization. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, data analysis, and campaign performance tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze data from digital marketing campaigns to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize campaign performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Track and report on campaign results, providing insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and metrics.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to inform campaign strategy.
- Utilize analytics tools and platforms to track campaign performance and conduct A/B testing.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
- Assist in developing audience segmentation and targeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data, Finance, Economic or a related field.Post graduate qualification would be advantageous
- 3+ years’ experience in Data analytics. A high level of mathematical ability and experience in SQL and Python. Experience using Tableau, SAS studio. Advanced MS Excel.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign analysis, or a related role.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights to internal stakeholders.
- Experience with digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
