Role Overview

The Inbound Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all inbound activities, including receiving, inspection, inventory control, and team supervision. This role ensures that all goods are received accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day inbound warehouse operations
• Oversee receiving, unloading, and inspection of incoming shipments
• Ensure accurate inventory recording and stock control
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff
• Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and distribution teams
• Resolve discrepancies and manage supplier delivery issues
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management (3+ years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS experience advantageous)
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of health & safety standards
• Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse software
  
  

Desirable Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• Experience managing large teams
• Lean / Continuous Improvement experience
